Cardio-Core Fitness Boot Camp's 4-week program focuses on fitness through: circuits, intervals, obstacles, agility drills, strength training, pilates, yoga, improved stretching and stability ball techniques – giving you an optimal fitness experience that keeps you motivated. We also feature Cardio-Core’s Conditioning SetsTM which consist of 5 or more continually changing exercises, designed for individual progression. Conditioning SetsTM incorporate full body weight training with multi-jointed exercises and high-intensity cardio giving you a workout system that burns calories, jumpstarts the body and strengthens muscle tissues.
