Cardio-Core Conditioning Plus (1 session or 3 sessions up to 12 workouts per) – This offering is designed for all new and existing members to build on, maintain and progress their level of strength, flexibility and overall conditioning. 1 session is ideal for anyone new to the program while 3 consecutive sessions allows the body and mind to adapt to the training, ensure results in strength, stamina, and fitness knowledge, and you save money in doing so.

Cardio-Core Active Conditioning (One Session) The new Active Conditioning program is designed for extremely active new and existing members. Cross training for sport or activity is very important for goal setting and improved performance. Taking into consideration many of our clients have regimented fitness schedules, we offer this option solely to compliment time restraints and add balance for continued progression.
