This 4-week training program utilizes four core principles creating a well-rounded workout that enhances your mind and your physique. Cardio-Core offers personalized fitness training, nutritional guidance, one-on-one follow-ups and flexible programs that meet specific and general fitness needs. Through education, training, and continual support, Cardio-Core helps you work towards your fitness goals every step of the way.
Cardio-Core Fitness Bootcamp's 4-week program focuses on: circuits, intervals, obstacles, agility drills, strength training, pilates, yoga, improved stretching and stability ball techniques – giving you an optimal fitness experience that keeps you motivated.

FREE Sunday Morning RUNS in Scarborough led by Nikki of Cardio-Core and its' members! You do not need to be a member to participate. Please contact Nikki for details and times!Workouts are Rain or Shine except the 6:00am and 9:15am classes: if inclement weather, these two classes will be held at St. Dunstan of Canterbury Church on Lawson Rd.
