A Step-By-Step on How to Become an HFA-Certified Personal Trainer

In order to become an HFA-certified Personal Trainer, there are a 3 courses that you need to take in a specific sequential order:
- Fitness Theory Course (a 32 hour course)
- Weight Training Course (a 20 hour course)
- Personal Training Course (a 32 hour course)
Will I receive a certificate in the end:
You will receive a professional Personal Training certificate upon successful completion of the Personal Training course. This will be your official certificate of completion. It will come to you in PDF format via email. Please save this to your computer for reference. Please note that there is a $10.00 + GST administration fee for re-issuing certificates should you lose your first issuance.
