Lucy is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable fitness leader with a positive encouraging approach. Her love of sport and fitness stems from growing up in Winnipeg with Ringette, track & field, volleyball and basketball. Later, while studying and pursuing a career in engineering in the Canadian Forces, she focused on Volleyball and running. Recognizing that weight and circuit training were not only key to stress relief but to achieving her sports related goals, that training helped her to represent the CF at international military volleyball tournaments including the 1995 Military World Games. Lucy coached juvenile level players in the provincial volleyball circuit and assisted at the regional level. As a mother of 2 children, keeping up with their activities led to coaching youth soccer in Quebec.
