Krysta-Viera-oakvilleI am a very energetic and outgoing person with a passion for fitness. I have been active all throughout my life in track and field and many other sports related activities.

I originally began my cardio core bootcamp experience as a bootcamper. I trained for a period of over 2 years before I decided that I wanted more out of the cardio core experience then just a great work out. During this time, I gained knowledge in what I believe to be the three fundamental factors in achieving your ultimate fitness goals...discipline, determination and dedication. These three factors will not only help you to achieve your fitness goals but will also help you though life’s everyday challenges. My objective as a trainer is to teach you safe, effective, and proper exercise techniques while providing a repertoire of exercises to keep the programs effective and fun. I strive to ensure that each individual works towards achieving a complete healthy lifestyle by embodying not only physical but emotional well being. I am proud to be a part of the cardio core team and look forward to gaining further knowledge and experience within this ever evolving industry.

lucy-oakvilleLucy is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable fitness leader with a positive encouraging approach.  Her love of sport and fitness stems from growing up in Winnipeg with Ringette, track & field, volleyball and basketball.  Later, while studying and pursuing a career in engineering in the Canadian Forces, she focused on Volleyball and running.  Recognizing that weight and circuit training were not only key to stress relief but to achieving her sports related goals, that training helped her to represent the CF at international military volleyball tournaments including the 1995 Military World Games.  Lucy coached juvenile level players in the provincial volleyball circuit and assisted at the regional level.  As a mother of 2 children, keeping up with their activities led to coaching youth soccer in Quebec.

More recently, Lucy found a new personal challenge in training for Bodybuilding and won the 2009 Ontario Naturals Women’s Bodybuilding championships.
With several years in the Canadian Forces and subsequent projects in the aircraft repair and manufacturing private sector, fitness and sport were key to maintaining a balanced lifestyle.

As a group fitness leader and a certified Personal trainer; Lucy applied her knowledge of weight, circuit and endurance training within a wide range of group fitness classes and one-on-one training.   Lucy thoroughly enjoys delivering Cardio-Core bootcamps as she packages challenging circuits to help people increase their overall fitness level, surprise themselves with muscular improvement and enjoy the variety and excellent benefits this type of work-out offers.  To sum it up, she loves to help others achieve the fitness level they need, to do what they want to do.
