andrea-miltonMy name is Andrea I am full of energy and will keep you moving and fit. My personal fitness training has taken me through gymnastics, swimming, weight training, yoga, Pilates, aerobics, kick boxing, ballet, tap, jazz, acrobatics, and hip hop. I have been dancing for 25 years and have been teaching dance competitively and non- competitively for 9 years.

Besides teaching fitness and dance I am an elementary school teacher in Mississauga.
Initially I started as a bootcamper, what started as a means to achieve a higher level of fitness turned into a complete life style change. I am a certified Cardio-Core Bootcamp Instructor, certified BCRPA Group Fitness Leader with a 2 year CPR/First Aid certificate and a Level 1 gymnastics coach. My number one goal every time you finish a bootcamp class is for you to walk away feeling that you pushed yourself much further than you would have if you were doing this alone and you come away from class feeling good about yourself. We have a great team of trainers at Cardio-Core™ with a lot of experience, expertise and encouragement to help you achieve your goals.

nelson-miltonNelson is a certified personal trainer and a spinning, boxing and boot camp instructor who has spent the last 11 years of his life learning over and over again the benefits and importance of fitness and training.   With a background in Weight Training, he takes the same attitude in reaching his goals and focuses that mentality into all his classes,camps and training sessions. He is very passionate about this industry and strives to ensure quality over quantity in all his training. Outside the gym, he has an enthusiasm for rock music, art and hitting the weights, all of which he tries to include into his training style. Inside the gym, his personal workouts will include athletic conditioning, boxing/kickboxing, plyometrics, weight training, skipping, spinning, circuit training, bodyweight training, rock climbing and yoga.
