My name is Tracey and I am Owner / Fitness Leader of the Oshawa camp.  I’d like to give you a little background on myself and then share more about our programs.

I started with Cardio-Core Bootcamp in January 2008 as a recruit.  Although I have always been an avid gym person, I wanted to spice my routine up and challenge myself differently.  This is exactly what I experienced with Cardio-Core Bootcamp!  I knew from my first week that this was an opportunity for me! I have been certified with Cardio-Core Bootcamp since the summer of 2008 and continue to love the training we provide to our clients.

I am very passionate about my business; it’s very rewarding to be able to watch the excitement that individuals feel when they attain their fitness goals.  As you are training, I am here to encourage and motivate you to be the best that you can be in everything that you do!  I provide the support required for you to set out realistic fitness goals that can be attained in a reasonable amount of time.  I will have you out of your comfort zone in no time, which will allow us to move towards being the best you can be both physically and mentally!

I understand the obstacles that we encounter as individuals with our everyday life. Having said that we need to communicate our goals with others around us to help us stay on track, scheduling the time we need to release ourselves of the everyday stresses that we have.  An active lifestyle will assist in many ways for overall health and wellness.  Remember to make time for yourself!  Why not start today!

Our Program:


Cardio Core Bootcamp is a four week progressive training program that offers personal training in a group setting.  Participants experience positive health changes, including but not limited to feeling stronger and losing weight.
Our program is less intimidating than the gym, as you have somebody there to guide you through the exercises as well as using the weights correctly.
Our training program focuses on challenging each individual with functional training, including intervals, circuits, obstacles, agility drills, strength training and more!
