Tracy has always taken an interest in sports and fitness since High School. Her personal interest in exercise and resistance training continued through her early adult years, but like most people, working in an office environment at a sedentary position made it difficult to keep up with her regular exercise routine.After struggling with her on again, off again exercise regime and some weight issues, she took a personal interest in boxing and kickboxing. These part-time hobbies lead her to obtain her Basic Fitness Boxing and Basic Fitness Kickboxing Instructor's certificates. After seeking out a personal trainer who mentored her and encouraged her to move forward, she took her hobby to another level. She branched out to become a Can-Fit Pro Certified Personal Trainer Specialist. She then took a part-time position with her local YMCA, which lead to her next step of becoming a YMCA Certified Group Resistance Trainer.
While continuing with her full time Finance career, she then decided the next step would be Nutrition and Wellness, as exercise and nutrition go hand in hand. Becoming a Can-Fit Pro Certified Nutrition and Wellness Specialist solidified her career choice to become a part of the Cardio-Core Fitness Bootcamp Team in Ancaster in a full-time capacity.
"My goals are to supply people with the motivation, tools and information to lead a healthier and more active lifestyle. My passion is to teach people that YOU CAN DO IT, with some hard work, sweat and determination."
