John is an extremely knowledgeable, professional and motivating fitness leader. He has 30 years of weight lifting and cardio experience and has actively participated in high level hockey and lacrosse. Today, John is committed to his weight training regimen and also enjoys fastball, cycling, roller blading and is an avid golfer. John really knows how to motivate and lead people to achieve their goals. In his previous career, as a manager, John helped dozens of professionals reach their full potential through positive reinforcement.
