michelle-whitbyMichelle joined the Whitby Cardio Core Bootcamp team with amazing passion, enthusiasm, knowledge, and experience in fitness and health.   After participating in the first session of Whitby Bootcamp she knew her experience and style of training/coaching would be a perfect fit for the Whitby team. Michelle has an energetic and motivating training style that is guaranteed to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Michelle graduated from McGill University in Montreal with a Bachelor of Education in Physical and Health Education. She is a full time High School Phys-Ed teacher, who runs an inspiring program called Fun Fit for Grade 11 and 12 female students. Along with teaching Fitness and Nutrition and Food Sciences, Michelle is a busy coach of both girl’s soccer and basketball.

Michelle comes from an athletic background, learning from a very young age that the key to health and wellness comes from exercise and good nutrition. Her experience throughout her life in various sports including competitive soccer, allowed her to develop an appreciation for the rewards of fitness and health. As both a High School and Competitive Club Soccer Coach, Michelle has been able to help coach others towards achieving their goals and improving their skills and fitness.

As a certified personal trainer Michelle has specialized in group training, and female specific training. Her own training schedule is constantly being filled with new challenges and goals. Michelle has and continues to participate in both half and full marathons, charity runs, adventure racing, and most recently triathlon competition. Michelle continues to run, play soccer, resistance train, and practice yoga as part of her regular weekly workout regime.

As a compliment to her love of fitness and health education, Michelle is passionate about nutrition and wellness. As a certified Nutrition and Wellness Specialist she is constantly furthering her education and promoting good nutrition as the basis for good health. Her knowledge of nutrition and dynamic personal training style make her a great asset to the Whitby team. 

It’s easy to spot Michelle in Whitby. She’s the one with the big smile and tough workout, ready and excited to help you achieve your fitness goals!

natalie-whitbyNatalie saw a Cardio-Core Fitness Bootcamp commercial in the summer of 2006 and she knew  she had to be a part of Cardio-Core. She went to B.C. for training and opened the first Cardio-Core Bootcamp in Ontario (Scarborough location).  Having been involved with Cardio-Core Bootcamp for over a year; she knew she was ready to grow the program to another location. She moved her residence and opened up the first Cardio-Core in Durham ( Whitby location) and has been operating that location for 3 years.

Natalie has extensive teaching experience and knows what people expect from a fitness bootcamp program. Her time in Scarborough helped earn that location 2 awards and an awesome reputation for being the best fitness bootcamp around! Natalie opened the Brooklin location in the Spring of 2010 and looks forward to managing other locations.


Natalie has completed the chilly half marathon, walked the 60k in The Weekend to End Breast cancer and she's also Team Captain for "The Booty Boobie Babes”. She is also a natural figure competitior and she placed first at her debut show in the summer of 2009.  Natalie is a Certified Personal Trainer Specialist, a Fitness Group trainer specialist,  Cardio-Core Bootcamp certified, coaching level 1 certified and First Aid/CPR certified. Natalie has received certificates and training in resist-a-ball, medicine balls, kick boxing, the equalizer, kid’s classes and much more. She is currently continuing her education to obtain her weight training certification and her National Training  Certification (OFC)

 Natalie is inspired by all of her clients and her  true passion comes from helping them become the absolute best they can be , both inside and out!
