michelle-brooklinIt was love at first burpie!  Michelle Russell-Murray initially began at Cardio-Core Bootcamp as a recruit and from the very first class knew that she had found not only a fitness program that would help her reach and exceed her goals but also found her passion!  Michelle found that Cardio-Core Bootcamp was the perfect complement to her driven personality and as a mother of two who understands the obstacles and pressures that people find themselves under, was amazed to see how three hours of bootcamp each week could transform her body, her mind, her spirit and her life.   If you are looking to make healthy lifestyle changes and are willing to commit a few hours of your life each week you will be amazed at the changes YOU will see.  Guaranteed.  With an honors degree in Social Behavior, Michelle understands how to motivate individuals and groups and how to redefine what you believe are the boundaries of what you can and cannot do.

Michelle is currently training for a half-marathon and has her sights set on her personal best and plans to further her education in weight training.

natalie-whitbyNatalie saw a Cardio-Core Bootcamp commercial in the summer of 2006 and she knew at that very moment that she had to be a part of Cardio-Core. She went to B.C. for training and opened the first Cardio-Core Bootcamp in Ontario (Scarborough location).  Having been involved with Cardio-Core Bootcamp for over a year; she knew she was ready to grow the program to another location. She moved her residence and opened up the first Cardio-Core in Durham ( Whitby location)

Natalie has extensive teaching experience and knows what people expect from they expect from a bootcamp program. Her time in Scarborough helped earn that location 2 awards and an awesome reputation for being the best fitness bootcamp around! She looks forward to growing Cardio-Core into other areas of Durham so more people can experience the awesome training programs.

Natalie has completed the chilly half marathon, walked the 60k in The Weekend to End Breast cancer and she's also Team Captain for "The Booty Boobie Babes”.  Natalie has a passion for teaching her bootcamp classes. She enjoys motivating people, developing awesome programs and above all helping her recruits become the absolute best they can both inside and out! Natalie is a Certified Personal Trainer Specialist, Cardio-Core Bootcamp certified, coaching level 1 certified and First Aid/CPR certified. Natalie has received certificates and training in resist-a-ball, medicine balls, kick boxing, the equalizer, kid’s classes and much more.
