Natalie saw a Cardio-Core Bootcamp commercial in the summer of 2006 and she knew at that very moment that she had to be a part of Cardio-Core. She went to B.C. for training and opened the first Cardio-Core Bootcamp in Ontario (Scarborough location). Having been involved with Cardio-Core Bootcamp for over a year; she knew she was ready to grow the program to another location. She moved her residence and opened up the first Cardio-Core in Durham ( Whitby location)
